Great location. Wonderful little garden.

Could use a more centrally placed air conditioner.

Расположение просто великолепное. 5 минут до набережной, 5 минут до супермаркета, до жд 10 минут. Много места, можно спать как минимум 5 человекам, еще 2 детей. Кондиционер в гостиной. Огромный балкон и сад, где только вы и прекрасная природа. Вся посуда, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, чистое белье, все отлично. Рекомендуем.

Можно обновить стиральную машину.

We liked the space itself-- very nice apartment, spacious and with two bathrooms and large bedrooms. We liked Leonardo, who met us on arrival and at departure,and was very responsive.

We did not like that we could never communicate directly with Wonderful Italy except by phone, which is very expensive when calling from the US. We didn't like the poor attenton to guests' comfort-- a terrible shower curtain with water running out all sides, no bath rugs, a disfunctional coffee machine, no artwork on the walls, no wifi, no towel in the kitchen or oven mit, a bedroom door that did not fully close... no heat in the rooms. A toilet that did not effectively flush... I gave all of this feedback to Leonardo. It's a beautiful place but needs a lot of fixes!!
