Lovely hosts and property for cyclists and families!

Of the places we stayed in France, this was the children’s favorite due to the extended yard and play area. It was very quiet and right off the bike trail. The owners were lovely and well suited to hospitality. It was amazing to see how they are bringing this historic property back to life.

I would just note the nearest limited facilities are 2 miles up the bike path soft hill so if coming in by bike you may wish to bring dinner supplies with you. We could have had dinner in the village but couldn’t get another four miles out of the kids so I just ran in for supplies.

Toller Standort von dem aus man sowohl die Schönheiten des Loire-Tals erkunden als auch die Seele baumeln lassen kann.

Landschaftlich schōn und sehr ruhig gelegen in der Nähe von Chinon (~6km) und der Loire. Wir wohnten im Haupthaus in einem großzügigen Zimmer. Der grosse und aussergewöhnliche Speiseraum befand sich ebenfalls im Haupthaus. Das grosse Gartenrundstück bot zahlreiche Gelegenheiten zum Chillen in der Sonne. Das leckere Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen. Beeindruckend war die aussergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber Melanie und Eric, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen haben.

Très bon accueil,la propriétaire est très sympathique .Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de la literie . Le lieu est calme et la maison est très propre .Le petit déjeuner est bon manque juste un fruit ou une compote à la place du yaourt par exemple vu qu'il y a déja du fromage.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, dans un domaine fraichement rénové avec goût par les propriétaires, au milieu d'un environnement calme et agréable, à la campagne. Le logement était parfait, et le petit déjeuner copieux. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Idéal pour une nuit ou un séjour!!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis!! L'hôte fut vraiment bienveillante et accueillante. Elle nous a permis de nous installer avec confort. Nous faisions la Loire à vélo en famille en itinérance et nous avons pu mettre nos vélos et remorque à l'abri, nous avons apprécié de poser nos valises le temps d'une après midi et nuit pour nous reposer. Le petit déjeuner fut copieux et gourmand et varié autant en salé qu'en sucré La literie est de très bonne qualité également, nous y avons très bien dormi et surtout bien reposé ; nous avons eu la possibilité d'avoir un lit bébé pour notre bébé de 16 mois . Le Domaine est vraiment beau et agréable, un grand jardin accompagne à la détente. Nous remercions notre hôte pour son accueil et son service généreux. Une adresse que je garde dans mes petits papiers et dont je saurai communiquer autour de moi pour visiter la région. Belle continuation à vous !! Et au plaisir!!

Très belle découverte! Le lieu comme la gentillesse des hôtes!

Très bon emplacement très proche de Chinon, du château d'Ussé ou de l'abbaye de Fontevraud entre autres. L'accueil est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Les chambres sont refaites à neuf. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La piscine est en réfection. Le lieu est beau et plein de promesses!

La cloison des toilettes de la chambre est faite d'un rideau. Peu romantique... :D
