Fantastic location
The road was very noisy, it does need updating, but for the price and locations cant really grumble.

When we couldn't find the entrance someone came to find us instead. Very comfy well equipped room including a kitchenette which on this occasion we didn't need. Only the kettle.
The shower was lovely but didn't drain too well.

Apart from being near the tube nothing
When we eventually found the property down an alley way & not on the main Kensington High Street as the address indicates 147/149 which was an empty property immediately giving us a panic that we had been scammed & no persons answered the phone.All the stairs , as a person with disabilities there was no mention of two flights of stairs from the outside to the ground floor & then my room was on the 3rd floor in the 35 degree temperature it was a mission just to climb the stairs.
