Ubicación, tranquilidad.
Que la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien. Que al salir hacen un inventario de los elementos que estan dentro del apto y esto demora la salida.

Atención 24 horas en recepción, excelente vista y ubicación (sobre la 72, con un Olímpica y múltiples droguerías en las cercanías). Dotación completa del apartamento. Todo muy aseado.
El apartaestudio no se parecía a las fotos: sin sofá, sin escritorio, solo una barra de comedor con dos butacos. Otros apartaestudios se veían más cómodos y mejor mantenidos según logré ver mientras los aseaban. La estufa era una hornilla de dos puestos superpuesta en el mesón de la cocina y con conexiones eléctricas visibles. Se nota que el edificio tuvo una época mejor.
