I like the building. It's a new favorite of mine. I like its location more specifically. Pool and patio though they'll only open during daylight. For me, number one feature is location.
In this particular unit, the internet was sometimes good... 20 to 40 megabits... And sometimes slow. 3 to 10. This wasn't expected and I was remote working so I thankfully have my phone as a backup But they both operated kind of in the same speed range. It's been awhile since I've come to an apartment that had less than 70 to 100 so I took it for granted.
Minor suggestion: the apartment could use a collapsible drying rack for the clothes.

La tranquilidad del ambiente para dormir, las camas estaban súper cómodas.
El sofá cama, la verdad esta muy deteriorado, ya es hora de cambiarlo, y el aire acondicionado podría ser un poco más potente y les serviría mucho si realizan una mejor fumigación.

Limpieza, ubicación.
La ducha no tenia puerta.
Nuestro apartamento no tenía ventana con vista exterior, lo hacía sentir muy encerrado. En las fotos aparece un cuarto con ventana muy iluminado.

El apartamento es es bonito , pero el baño estaba tapado y tenía mal olor , se habló con la administración y dijeron que ya se había resuelto pero no fue así y la atención de la recepción en la tarde fue mala.
