The location. The room is perfect for two peoople, whit enought space, there was some chairs and a table.
We went to take breakfast at 8 am, and they offered diferent choices, but them they say the food have finish and we had to take the only thing they have and it wasn't good.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, Room was spacious. Great location with on-site restaurant/bar and many restaurants and shops with walking distance, I'd stay there again,
The mattress was too hard.

Most of the staff was nice. Location is close to
Baila la Calle and the stadium. Also not too far from the parades for the carnaval.
1. They want to make their own rules instead of doing everything through Booking like everyone else (charging 50% a week before arrival date and charging more for using credit card).
2. Bathroom door didn’t close, trashcan was broken, shower head was a small tube, beds are a little hard.
3. You could hear the music from the 2 carnaval events.
4. They only replied to messages they wanted, not all of them.
