Großes Zimmer mit allem, was man benötigt. Das Gebäude sowie Geräte waren neuwertig. Der Pool ausreichend groß mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es gibt auch ein paar Fitness-Geräte. Die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin lief unkompliziert über WhatsApp.

Eine Duschwand wäre gut. Beim Duschen flutet man das Badezimmer mit Wasser.

I stayed here with my husband and two sons in a large modern two bedroom apartment. Communication from the host was very helpful and made finding the apartment very easy. The location was amazing. Right in the thick of Vietnamese life. Locals are living their lives all around this apartment. There are street venders and local food stalls all along the street right outside the front door. It's walking distance to Vui Bien street and €1 taxi ride to Ben thanh markets. Apartment itself was spacious and very clean with all amenities that we needed. The first night we noticed we needed more towels and they were delivered the very next morning. Tip, the two women serving from the stall at the entrance to this small street serve the most amazing beef and fried egg noodle dish for 50k (€1:60). Convenience stores, coffee shops and chemist all within 200m of the apartment. The pool on the roof was perfect for my boys to cool off. A perfect city centre stay !

If you like to be together with local people its the place with 2 bedrooms and large usage area, its safe and very close to many kind of stores, restaurants, coffee shops etc in District 1

Because of it takes place in a market street it might be a little noisy from time to time especially early in mornings and unfortunately the only bathroom is out of the room in veranda

La piscine et l’emplacement

Le bacon de la chambre 301 n’a aucune vue donc à eviter. Pas de café ou thé d’accueil dans la chambre Nous avons été reveillé tôt par le c/out du voisin car la réceptionniste vient devant la chambre et cela réveille les autres chambres.
