We loved the room because it was good if you have a tight budget. We stayed during FIFA games, so some were shouting outside, but that was to be expected. It actually added vibes during our stay. If you're worried about the scam where hotel owners transfer you to a different location, you have nothing to worry about cause Bin was very responsive and knows how to communicate in English.
The lobby could've been better. Someone was staying in the lobby that cannot speak English. Also, the elevator can be scary to ride.

Excellent location right in the tourist heart of the city. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has all the essentials covered. The host helped with transfers and tour bookings, which saved us a lot of time and money. Despite being so close to Bui Vien Street, the room was impressively quiet at night.

Wiring especially in bathroom was a bit worrying but I guess they have different standards to UK
