Great price for the location. Liked the location as it was central but not in an overly touristy area. Walking distance from a large supermarket. Staff were friendly. Liked that the rooms were large and roomy.

The room layout could be designed better. Power points were not in the right location for you to charge your phone while using the phone in bed. Dust bin in bathroom was positioned under the sink to be clear from bathroom door and door to the shower, but as it was underneath bathroom cabinets, we couldn’t open the bin lid fully and had to pull out the bin. Breakfast ends quite early at 9am. Room came with only one key so was more tricky if I was splitting up for the day with a friend. We left the key behind with the staff, but at times at night time they weren’t at the reception for us to easily retrieve the key. We were able to call staff via WhatsApp though.

Great location, lovely big rooms, helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast. All round a great place to stay.

Some more hanging hooks for towels would have been handy.

Room 105 - the shower alcove is not practical - very small space, and some space is "just not being used " Could do with a bench besides the table to place a reasonable size case on, looks like there may have been something there before. With the TV, in Australia we have "free to air channels " - In Saigon you have to have a subscription to watch, e.g. Netflix etc Don't know if the Hostel could do something here. No safe deposit box in room, would like to store some money and passport, and documents in a safe. No talk of being able to do some clothes washing _ for longer stays. I stayed for 14 nights.
