This is a decent basic room to stay in. Shared kitchen and bathrooms are ok, have minimal equipment for usage.
The shared full bath needs some serious mold cleanup. It was unattractive and kind of gross.
The entire unit was cold. We could turn on heat for our room, but not for the main rooms, and they remained cold. Not awful, just cold.

Interesting concept: individual locked bedrooms sharing a central kitchen & living room with shared bathrooms. Furniture and bedding were new. Convenient location in Ravenna neighborhood near the UW and Green Lake.
It’s noisy and smelly. Unfortunately, though the property is in a residential area, it is right next to 11th Ave NE, which is a busy one way thoroughfare. We were woken up several times on a Friday night by loud vehicles driving by. The common areas reek of some kind of Asian curry smell. The room reeked of a plug-in air freshener. The towels were so new we didn’t think they’d even been washed yet. There were only two pillows on the queen bed. The common areas were very cold and there was tape over the heaters to prevent warming them up. The fixtures in the larger bathroom were rusty and unsightly, and the tub drained poorly. If there had been anyone else in the four other bedrooms, it might have been even noisier and less private. We left after one night of two we had booked.
