Perfect location if you‘re visiting your UW student. It‘s so close to campus! Less than 5 min walk to McCarty dorm. It‘s on Greek row, but for my 4 day/night stay, the street seemed quiet. The room is not luxurious, but it‘s very clean and was plenty big, the bed was comfy, the bathroom is small but also very clean. The room has a mini fridge, electric water kettle, and mugs/plates/bowls/silverware. There‘s also a large communal kitchen on the floor, if you want to cook your own meals rather than just eating your take-out leftovers. Check-in & check-out was super easy and done entirely through the Bookings app. The staff was very courteous and quick to respond (all via the app, no in-person contact).

Good location near UW. Decent basic place. Did not use the kitchen or laundry facilities but both looked decent.
No AC, was quite warm in the summer.

Location was good. Easy access to public transportation and University.
As you approach, the front garden was dried up. Lots of dirt on front wall and entry door. Hallway was dirty as well. Community kitchen was aged and not kept up. Room was ok.
