Quiet location, house was quiet when we were there. Room has two locks for security. All very clean. Amenities provided as description, though only one towel is provided, so bring your towel.

The bathroom needs bath mat.

Manager easy to reach/communicate with when there were questions/needs. Able to accommodate early check in. Comfortable firm mattress. Access to communal kitchen. Close to a cafe with friendly cool vibe and excellent coffee. Quiet neighborhood feels far from the urban center but is only a couple of metro rail stops from central Seattle. Choice of shared bathroom or shower. Nice towels. Windows that open to fresh air. On my second stay at this property was given a room with a sink and water filter.

Bed linen is not 100% cotton. Sound of freeway in the distance audible from the upstairs rooms. Unable to find nearby dining equipped to accommodate food allergies. Neither the comforts of a hotel nor the community of a hostel. Although it is a "non-smoking" property, at least one room (3E) bears the olfactory residue of a previous smoker.

Easy access. Located near UW campus. Kitchen facility was great.

Lights in kitchen did not turn on.
