White House Lu Impostu

サルディーニャ北東部を楽しむ拠点として、とても快適な滞在でした。特に気に入ったのはバルコニーで、景色を眺めながら家族でのんびり過ごす時間が最高でした。家の前にはオリーブの木が並ぶ気持ちのよい芝生のエリアがあり、周囲も静かで、リゾートらしいゆったりした時間を楽しめます。朝、出発する際や、夕方に帰ってくるときに気持ちよい非日常を感じられます。 滞在中は何度もビーチへ行きましたが、ビーチ用のパラソルと椅子が用意されていたのは嬉しい驚きでした。また、洗濯機を何度も利用でき、洗濯物もバルコニーですぐに乾いたので、家族旅行でも持っていく服を最小限にできたのはとても助かりました。 レンタカーでの滞在にも便利です。駐車スペース自体はそれほど広くありませんが、車通りの少ない場所なので出し入れしやすく、初めてイタリアで運転した私たちでも安心して利用できました。ビーチへのアクセスも良く、サルディーニャを車で楽しむにはとても良い立地だと思います。 チェックイン方法も分かりやすく、ホストは質問やトラブルの際にもすぐに返信してくれました。慣れない土地での滞在だったので、このレスポンスの早さはとても安心感がありました。

滞在中に何度かブレーカーが落ち、家全体の電気が使えなくなることがありました（エアコン複数台利用と料理を同時に行うのが難しい）。また、備え付けのコーヒーマシンが使えなかったのも少し残念。キッチンは一人で使うには問題ありませんが、二人以上で一緒に料理をしようとすると少し狭い部分はあります。ただ、これらを除けばとても快適に過ごせます。

Periphery was beautiful with old styled house architecture. Balcony had a sea-coast view. Close drive to many beaches nearby. Locality is beautiful. Grocery just 200-400 meters away, a cafe, and a few bistro around the same

Property was good in general. Kitchen was a little less son equipment. There’s was no simply knife available to cut vegetables. 1-2 smaller utensils like small pan would have helped. All the utensils were too big.

Casa molto accogliente e posizione eccellente la vista impagabile

The house was spotless when we arrived, the beds were really comfortable. The balcony has a beautiful view over the hill and the sea in the distance. A lovely sunny spot first thing in the morning, offering shade as the heat rises. The off-street parking and air-conditioning were essential and one of the reasons I chose this property. The washing machine was also a huge bonus and I did all my laundry before returning home, which as a mum of teenagers was wonderful! The apartment itself is in a lovely residential development with local kids playing on the communal grass area. The host was really helpful and communication was quick and easy.

The leisure seating could be more comfortable. There are only two chairs on the balcony and a small 2-seat sofa inside, so if you are travelling as a party of 3 or 4 it's tricky to sit together and socialise. Also the kitchen equipment is very basic; even a bread knife and larger chipping board would make preparing small snacks or fruit a lot easier. An additional key card would also be a bonus, especially if you are travelling as two couples or have teenage children who want to stay home alone.
