First- The host was PHENOMENAL. When I had a personal emergency come up in my stay and had to fly home, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful in working with me on my booking!
Second- The space felt pretty clean and everything was spacious and comfortable. For a lower price sometimes it’s hard to know what to expect, but I felt comfortable with the cleanliness and amenities!
It is a bit tricky to find but the host sent plenty of pictures to help out ahead of my stay for me to refer to. I walked about 8 mins from the red line on 69th to the unit and some of the neighborhoods I passed seemed a bit concerning, but overall the unit itself felt super safe with plenty of deadbolts and double locked private entrances!

The place felt extremely nice to be in.
The water pressure was awesome in the shower and it got very hot 🔥
The price isn't bad for what you get especially considering the amount of events that were happening in the city.
Its a 6 min walk to the red line and a 3 min walk to the bus which I think was pretty convenient, personally, i liked taking the bus more, usually dealt with less troubled individuals.
The host was always available to respond which really made the experience great
Overall i enjoyed my time there
The floors were creaky so I did feel worried I was bothering downstairs if I was up very late or early in the morning
The area where the apartment is wasnt the nicest looking, but little kids were always playing in the streets during the late afternoon every day so id say it pretty safe so long as you get back before dark or uber directly to front of the property
I never felt threatened but the friend I was with said she didn't feel comfortable when she was by herself.
Pretty long commute but im very patient

Airco en bedden en een zeer rustige omgeving. Kamers waren ook lekker ruim.
Deuren sloten niet goed. Voordeur alleen als het slot erop ging. Deur naar de badkamer paste niet. Kon alleen met “geweld” dicht (belangrijk voor onze pleegdochter dat we dat wel deden) en was daarna moeilijk van binnenuit weer te openen. Trapopgang verraderlijk. Zelfs als je niet heel groot bent kon je je hoofd er stoten. We misten een waterkoker en 1 handdoek voor drie nachten is ook wat weinig.
