Location - Property is very close to downtown, like just 20 minutes drive that too there was no traffic on that route even during week days. Property has a garage, a big plus point. Owner is very responsive in communication, i give 10/10 for communication from owner. Property was neat, clean and very well maintained. Grocery stores and restaurant are within 5-7 minutes drive.
Property is very close to signal and busy road. Its takes late night to settle the noise around the property.

It was very cozy and very accessible to the train station right off the bus line a 24 hour convenient store right across the street the grocery store plus places to dine out not too far away over all it was a 10 out of 10 for us
It would have been nice to have some type of patio furniture out back to sit outside and enjoy the weather

The house is very clean easy check in and check out
The announcement says near to downtown actually everyday we took more than an hour to move to any near location
