9 Mi to Downtown! Pet-Friendly Near Uni of Chicago

The property was super cute and comfortable. Our host, was also absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and kept up with us throughout our stays

Location was kind of iffy

Our stay lasted 12 days in this wonderful place. We only have positive words for our host Felicia and for this place that became our home during the trip. Everything was perfect — the rooms, with very comfortable beds and TVs offering a great number of free channels and more; the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils and much more. Our host provided us with plenty of drinks and snacks and helped us a lot throughout our stay. The smell and cleanliness were top-notch — there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. We were given everything we needed for personal hygiene and laundry. We didn’t use the garage, but that option is also available. Safety was excellent — inside the house we never felt unsafe or doubtful in any way. To conclude, we only have words of gratitude for our host. The place is highly recommended, and if we ever come back to this great city, we would definitely try to stay again in this wonderful home.

Although the unit was small, the quaintness and the vintage feel made me feel right at home. It is clear that the community is going through major developments but I felt safe. The place was clean and I was able to get my second wind. The long term tenants upstairs were a bonus and well versed with the community and the city. I would recommend this place if you need a home away from home.

My stay was very nice and quiet. I needed a getaway during my time of bereavement. This was perfect cozy place. I will be back soon.
