Lakeside Penthouse Studio

Clean, great location. Brilliant hosts.

The unit is terrific with a fantastic view from the unit right over the lake and mountains, eg you can actually see 'That Tree' from the unit. Top quality everything and the bed was smashing as the other half tends to bounce all over the shop but it didn’t affect my bit. There is a room with washing/dryer machine which was a plus. Also an indoor heated pool and spa which I had forgotten about so didn’t pack my togs. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and pubs along the lake. Pip was easily questioned and answered within a short time. Once you got used to the ruddy air conditioner it was great. Took me accidentally pressing a button which brought down the blinds.

Not a dislike per se but it might be an idea to have a wee instruction sheet telling you what’s what and what buttons to press to start some of the upmarket bits and bobs, like underfloor heating, blinds, blah blah.

The room is clean and quite. The location is super. The bed is comfy. And there's a microwave just outside the door so we can heat the leftovers. Parking is free and space is huge.

Maybe to have a picture of the entry door and the key box would be more helpful to find it.

The view

Was cold when arrived and took an hour or more to heat up. Underfloor heating in bathroom didn't work. It's not a kitchenette only kettle and cups . Noise from adjoining apartment . Scraping of chairs on floor transfers through every morning at 6.30am. so it isn't soundproof
