We loved the location as it was easy to walk to the city centre & the view from the studio was amazing.

the room was big with great view of the lake. bathroom was big. the pool and jacuzzi were very nice, although out of the building. very comfortable bad. very quiet.
there is a microwave and a toaster
entering to the building and the apartment with a card is not convenient. we received only one card and were worried to forget it when leaving the room.
there is only one small garbage bin, not enough at all!
soap and shampoo were in bottles on the floor. for a room in this level, it is not enough

Location, facilities, parking, pool, this place has great potential. Some TLC and a little bit of honesty in the Booking page would make it the easiest 10 ever.
It's not a studio, it's an hotel room minus the hotel.
No decorations, it looks like a sterile hospital room.
The booking page say "fully equipped kitchen", this is 100% a lie. There is no kitchen, actually there is absolutely NOTHING to prepare any kind of food whatsoever, even basic toasts for breakfast.
The host seems to think one can have a bedroom in an apartment, turn it into a "studio", and have revenue on autopilot, without even giving you a phone number.
