About this house rental
A back country hut inspired unit located just a few minutes drive (or 10-15min walk) from the heart of Wanaka town.
Enjoy Studio C's scenic mountain views with all your basic necessities.
The unit consists of; a well equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, one private bedroom, 'the nook' (an additional queen bed area) and a sofa-bed located in the living space, a private patio plus a big back yard with views of Mt Roy from all corners of the property both inside and out.
Studio C boasts all your basic needs for an enjoyable stay in beautiful Wanaka, New Zealand.
The kitchenette area consists of a kitchen sink, microwave convection oven, cook top, extractor fan & of course the usual suspects; a kettle, toaster & blender etc with a dining table and chairs close by.
The unit has its own private and fully fenced (for the furry friends) patio area and the new addition of a beautiful marcocarper outdoor dining table for guests to enjoy. Need more room for the kids or fur babies? You will also have access to the large grass lawn area below your private patio that is shared with Studio B or further more, right over the fence is the Mt Aspiring school field (please be mindful during school hours) and a pump track that is available to the public.
The bathroom has a nice big 900x1200mm shower with a rain head option as well as a traditional shower head. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
The private bedroom has a queen bed and a built in wardrobe area to un pack or hang your clothes.
Living room layout:
‘The nook' (1 additional queen bed with curtains you can draw to create more privacy), a couch that doubles as a sofa bed if needed*, bean bags, snowboard/ski rack, & a 43” smart TV.
*If you are 5 people or require the sofa bedding to be left in the unit for your stay (to be set up at your own convenience), simply select ‘5’ guests at the time of booking, this will show us the sofa bedding is required.
Complimentary wifi is provided.
There is no garage but a washing machine and clothes horse is provided along with an ironing board and iron. There are also loads of hooks for hanging wet ski gear out to dry if needed too.

We have two kids and there was a pump track next door in school property i beleive. So we sat in our property which kids went on it while we watched. That was a perfect addition. Unit was great, clean, loved all the amenities. And upon a bit of an internet it mix up owner was more than helpful at correction of the mistake which was more a website fault and compensated us for it. Appreciated. Thanks.

We had 4 nights here and as it was damp and overcast was disappointed no dryer only a washing machine. The hair dryer the end looked like it had been chewed off.
