Holiday home within easy walk to town (approx 15 minutes) and to lake edge (3 minutes) with views of the lake and mountains from a large elevated deck. Situated close to Eely point with easy access to boat launching ramp, bike trails and walking tracks. Newly renovated with modern kitchen, three bedroom house with two bathrooms (including an ensuite) and seperate toilet. Large open plan living/dining area with log burner and heatpump. Off street parking with garage available and area to park boat.

The layout of the house was weird, found it hard with people in the bedroom with 2 beds and people walking through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. There was no lock on the toilet which led to some embarrassments. Not enough toilet paper. We were warned about the ants and I totally understand they are little beggars to get rid of, however they were all over the bench and into food,
