They are incredibly easy to get a hold of and super helpful, you can tell they care about their guests.

It's a dungeon. No stovetop to cook food, and the couch pullout is not acceptable to sleep on due to it being so uncomfortable. The host graciously brought down a wire mattress but it's extremely old and I would not sleep on it. The price was affordable, but we got what we paid for.
