The value and location of the property were quite nice.
It was a little cramped, and the pullout couch bed was uncomfortable. I do wish it had a kitchen stove.

Clear instructions for check-in/out. Excellent cleanliness, bathroom, and kitchen facilities. I felt the layout of apartment was spacious and comfortable. I had everything I needed for my stay. With bathroom amenities, kitchen items, and appliances that exceeded expectations.
Navigating to apartment was initially a challenge because of the after dark late check-in. This was not an issue because instructions were clear. Height of ceilings were not an issue for me, but may be a consideration for those taller than 6ft.

Not much, only stayed one of the two nights book and pre-paid for. I appreciate their effort to provide comfort for their guests, but couldn’t get over the college apartment atmosphere, a clean but eclectic collection of furnishings.
Did not like sleeping in a basement with a cement floor in the living room. TV didn’t connect to any stations. Netflix came on but in Spanish. Not my idea of a $200 a night accommodation.
