獨立的一戶建，非常齊全的居家設備，除了一般旅館房間會有的設施外，在居住環境方面，還有兩間獨立廁所、可以自動放水保溫的浴缸、類似錢湯的盥洗設備、完整的廚房設備、與廚房一窗之隔的戶外 BBQ 平台、三間 (客廳與兩間臥室) 具有聯網投影的照明 (Aladdin X2)、洗脫烘三合一洗衣機與洗衣劑、獨立的停車小屋、帶冷凍庫的完整冰箱、完整的餐具廚具，甚至還有附帶加熱功能的咖啡手沖壺、Balmuda K09A 微波烤箱。地點方面，雖然不是在箱根溫泉街上，不過仙石原地點剛好介於箱根溫泉街、蘆之湖、與御殿場之間，對於開車旅遊的家庭來說，是個很方便的地點，而且出門 30sec 就是 7-Eleven，強力推薦給可以放慢步調，充分利用這些居住設施，來箱根停留至少兩個晚上的開車旅遊的朋友! 補充另一個非常好的優點: 這裡的網路速度非常非常快，用手機 WiFi 下載可以高達 750M，上傳也有高達 500M 以上，估計是拉一條 1T 的網路不用跟其他人分享!
沒有太多好挑剔的，真要說可能就是離幹道很近，有大型車輛經過時，震動會傳到房子的基座而有震動，次外房子的上下樓層的隔音因為是木造也沒有太好，不過這對於家庭旅遊來說，不是甚麼大問題。

Its the closest to 7Eleven. Easy to stock up things and only 15mins by car to Gotemba. Anywhere to Hakone tourist place will take atleast 20mins, given example of the famous Tori gate at the lake. Great things about them is, all the description by owner are truly up to the standard they describe.
We’ve had a blackout 5 times during the day we arrived. Toilet doesnt have room temp control, make sure to wear sock and slipper.
