    A spacious although old apartment in the very center of Konitsa.
    The apartment is located in the center of Konitsa, right next to all the amenities. It is spacious with two bedrooms and the hosts are very friendly. There is a large free parking only 100 meters from the house.
    The apartment is quite old, which is especially felt in the bathroom and the kitchen. The kitchen provides only basic utensils, so if you want to cook your own meals you might find it a bit challenging, although it's ok for warming up food you bring with you. The area is not quiet, we found it difficult to sleep at night. Also, there is no air con.

    Παλιό διαμέρισμα, με παλιό εξοπλισμό, χωρίς την αισθηση της ασφάλειας καθώς οι βεράντες έχουν ελεύθερη πρόσβαση στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, θέα από το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο σε χαλάσματα στο 1 μέτρο. Τα σιφώνια μύριζαν άσχημα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ζήτησε περισσότερα χρήματα μια εβδομάδα μετά την αποδοχή και επιβεβαίωση της κράτησης για δήθεν φόρο που αυξήθηκε (ο φόρος είχε αυξηθεί 20 μήνες πριν την κράτηση !!!) Τα υπόλοιπα είναι θέμα των εποπτικών αρχών να ελέγξουν αν πληρεί προϋποθέσεις για βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση.

    Απολαυστική διαμονή στην καρδιά της Κόνιτσας με οικοδεσπότες ντόπιους αυθεντικούς ανθρώπους.
    Το κατάλυμα άνετο, χωρίς υπερβολές. Η τοποθεσία μέσα στην καρδιά της Κόνιτσας και γενικότερα μια αίσθηση οικειότητας που σπάνια βρίσκεις. Οι άνθρωποι που το διαχειρίζονται είναι ντόπιοι, με τη γνησιότητα και τη ζεστασιά του τόπου τους· πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν, χωρίς να γίνονται ποτέ υπερβολικα τυπικοί ή επιτηδευμένοι. Είχαμε την τύχη να φάμε πίτα από τα χέρακια της κυρά Λένης της οικοδέσποινας και μας φίλεψε και σπιτικό τραχανά! Γεια σου Ήπειρος με τα φλουριά σου The accommodation was comfortable, without any excess. Its location, right in the heart of Konitsa, and the overall feeling of warmth and familiarity are rare to find. The people who run it are locals, with all the genuineness and hospitality of their land—always willing to help, yet never formal or pretentious. We were lucky enough to taste a pie made by Mrs. Leni, the hostess herself, who also treated us to homemade trahanas! Cheers to Epirus and its treasures!

    Άνετο, ύσηχο και καθαρό ,vintage διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο.Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι και ζεστοί άνθρωποι. Ευκολη πρόσβαση στην αγορά και πάρκινγκ κάτω από το σπίτι. Άξιζε τα χρήματα του,θα μείνουμε ξανά όταν έρθουμε στην Κόνιτσα. Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και διακοπές. Μας άρεσε που νιώσαμε την ατμόσφαιρα της Κόνιτσας μένοντας σε αυτό το γλυκό σπίτι...!!!
    Λίγο ο φωτισμός στο σαλόνι που ήταν αρκετά απλός...
