Eva is an amazing host! The place is very clean and has the comfiest beds we tried. The place has a view on Ioannina Lake and is in a very quiet neighborhood. Because I saw some comments about the bathroom, I can say that for average people is quite OK. The sink is a bit small, but usable. The shower cabin is normal size, you have plenty of room sitting on the toilet (even if you are bigger than average). The small front yard is great, with a table and sitting places, it is sunny in the afternoon and you can enjoy the sunset on the lake. Parking spot 50 meters away from the entrance. When we will come back to Ioannina for sure we will book again this place.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, υσηχη περιοχή με ωραία θέα! H Κα Εύα ήταν πολύ φιλόξενη και το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και άνετο, εξαιρετικό για οικογένεια με παιδιά! Είχε παζλ παραμύθια και επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια για να παίξουν τα παιδιά. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά σίγουρα!
