Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Lage der im Zentrum ist perfekt um Ioannina zu Fuss zu erkunden. Positiv ist auch der Parkplatz in der Garage, da der Wagen geschützt und im Schatten steht. Wir haben gute Tipps und Empfehlungen vom Vermieter bekommen und einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Perfect location next to the old town with tons of great restaurants and activities. Great to have free, covered parking garage spot close by. Two balconies (one shared by living room and the bedroom with two single beds, and the other for the primary bedroom). There are 1 and 1/2 bathrooms (one bathroom is a toilet only without a shower). Also, there is one couch and one chair in addition to the dining table and its chairs, so larger groups should keep that in mind. Entrance to apartment building is a little older and could use better maintenance, but apartment itself is clean, modern and updated with a/c in every room (essential for summer). Running hot water (no need to switch it on). Host is very helpful and flexible. Was very kind to leave us bottled water and some prepackaged breakfast items. Would definitely book again.

Very clean, modern, nice terrace, very good location, 2 minutes walk from the city center! It has also one parking place in the underground, too bad that is very small…
