Τοποθεσία (κεντρικά αλλά χωρίς θόρυβο), ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, όμορφο, σχετικά εύκολη η στάθμευση στη γύρω περιοχή, άνετο στρώμα, καλές παροχές γενικότερα.

μέτρια σύνδεση στο διαδίκτυο, η τζαμαρία μεταξύ μπάνιου και κρεβατοκάμαρας να μεν όμορφη αλλά είναι άβολο. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει κάτι ώστε να απομονώνει το μπάνιο.

Ο νιπτήρας να μπει στο λουτρό. Αυτή η αρχιτεκτονική "πινελιά" είναι πρακτικά άβολη, για οικογένειες. Μόνο για εργένηδες ή ζευγαράκια "ίσως" κάνει. Βέβαια, υπάρχει και το ζήτημα του πάρκινγκ, που είναι "ελαφρώς" προβληματικό. Αλλά αυτό οφείλεται στη πολεοδομία της πόλης. Ωστόσο, μπορεί να αποτελεί κριτήριο επιλογής του καταλύματος.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet, modern und sehr komfortabel.

Leider läuft das Wasser beim Duschen in das ganze Badezimmer.

Bad design(no functionality) No hungers anywhere to have your towels available. I wonder the guy who designed that doesn't use towels in his personal life? The toilet paper on your back and high enough not to catch it unless you re Yoga master Shampoo and shower gel only on the floor because there is nowhere to place them and when you take shower you do the whole wc wet because there is no separation... The space of the room is really big for no reason and the bathroom is totally useless. The worst is that there must be some lunatic(?)neighbours that they were screaming so loud early in the morning the second day of my stay that I was awake although I was having earplugs in my ears.Unbeliavable! I left 1 day earlier because I didn't wanted to live this experience again.
