Beautiful apartment

Very beautiful apartment with everything you need. Great shower and comfy beds, good heating, which is super important in this cold weather. Location is very convenient to explore the area and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Good wifi connection in the apartment.

One of the rooms was too small to get around the double bed. Need more sockets in the kitchen.

Enjoyed our stay !

The facilities are very good. A small but comfortable livingroom space. Comfortable kitchen space with enough dishes for 4 peoples. Tha the apartment is at floor level, and there is a lot of parking area right on the entrance to the building. It is 3-4 minutes walk to the village center, where there are 2-3 bakeries, with good coffee. Wi-Fi works smoothly all around the apartment. Kostas the owner was very communicative and helpfully when ever we contact him.

The lightning in the kitchen is not enough, and additional light should be added. No microwave, which could be a nice addition.

Kostas is doing everything that your stay will be as good as it can be.

The location of Epirus Stone Suites is on the main road from Zaguria south towards Ioanina, so we found it very convenient. Though it is technically on the main road - it is very quiet, since the house is rear. Few supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and whatever you need is just few meters away, so it is very convenient. Kostas has left in our fridge many of the required products to prepare breakfast, such as eggs, milk, fruit juice, butter, bottle of water (even though breakfast was not included in the deal). It was lovely from his side. since we came late - he left us the keys and sent a video how to get to our suite. There is a big fridge with a big freezer in the kitchen, an oven with electric hob and a microwave. One air-conditioner in the living room.

There are no air-conditioners in the rooms, however, the house is a stone house, with 0.5m thick outside walls so it remains cool.

good location - to make trips in near by atractions. small town with all needs to buy and aranged - offers better prices and services, compare to the other touristic towns around.

Great place to stay and very convenient starting point to explore Zagori!

We stayed at an apartment on the ground floor which was very convenient coz there was a super nice outside sitting area to chill. The apartment is very well equipped with spacious living room/kitchen. Although it was super hot outside the place is very well insulated and it's cool inside even without the use of air condiditoning. There is a big supermarkwet 5 min walk from the apartment which is great. Also there are a couple of restaurants in the area.

The bedrooms are a bit small which normally shouldn't be a problem. We used a baby cot which had to be squeezed in one of the bedrooms so this additionally reduced the space.

Best apartment

The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean, with comfortable beds. It’s in a great location, close to many hiking trails. The hosts were incredibly friendly and gave us plenty of helpful recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the apartment for three nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Zagori, making it easy to reach both the northern and central-southern parts of the region within a short drive. The apartment is clean, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive to every question and request.

One side note: while breakfast is included, it is not served but rather provided in the apartment as ingredients (milk, juice, eggs, toast, butter, jams, cornflakes, coffee). It would be helpful if this was made clearer in advance.

Great value for money

Quite location. Has grocery store in walking distance. clean and well maintained. Outside small sitting area. Every day refill of eggs , orange guice , cold cuts and cheese for breakfast. The owner was very nice and asked if we need anything else.

Very nice apartment fully equipped with everything you need for a long stay. We spent 5 nights here and enjoyed every moment. The apartment is perfect for a family. If you like cooking, you will find all you need there. The host is great, very responsive and informative. The apartment is located in the middle of the area and all the main site seeing places are within 30 minutes drive. Definitely recommended for families. There is a very nice lake 10 minutes away where you can spend a couple of hours easily.

So beautiful and renovated house, fully equipped with all the amenities. The place was super cozy and the fireplace made it even better. Kitchen had all the essentials for preparing any meal and everyday we had new fresh breakfast to eat. Parking was convenient, just a few meters outside the complex. It was the perfect choice for us and our friends and the location was perfect, just between Ioannina and Zagorochoria. The hosts were super friendly with us and our dog and they served us with everything we needed during our accommodation. Thank you, hope to see you soon!

Good location, friendly hosts.

The location was good for two days of staying and traveling. Breakfast was OK, but we had to ask for additional since we were eight and the food was not always enough for 8. The pie prepared by the hosts was excellent. The hosts were friendly and filled our requests quickly.

The room's view was a sheepfold instead of a mountain view as written, which resulted in lots of flies in the room and a never-ending chase after flies.

Very good place to visit in Greece

Everything was perfect! The place is very good, new and clean. Spacious rooms and just perfect for a group of people. Near to the Vikos Gorge, and the Albanian border. Very quiet place. Nice for a base for hikes and climing. Very good place, Definitely recomend!
