Cascade Steps & Stones

The apartment is beautiful, brand new, very clean and tidy, looks just like the pictures. They had all the amenities we needed for our stay: towels, hair dryer, iron, 3 bottles of water in the fridge, and so much more. And it’s right at the heart of the city, literally in front of the Cascades, best location possible, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. They only accept cash, you pay everything upfront, and if you haven’t brought any money there’s an ATM right next to the building. And you also have to leave an amount as a deposit (in any currency) that they return fully on the last day. If you don’t pack light, be prepared to go up 4 flights of stairs to reach, as it’s in the second floor and there’s no elevator. For us that wasn’t an issue at all, but if you have mobility restrictions it’s something to take into account. They were extremely polite and made a big effort to communicate and ensure we had everything we needed, our stay was perfect.

We liked everything. An option for card payment would be great, just to make it an easier process, but even that wasn’t an issue, as they inform you upfront in the booking details that it’s cash only.

Wonderful apartment, very clean, actually, recently refurbished with everything new. Very helpful and friendly host met upon arrival, always in touch, ready to help. Excellent location, one of the best in Yerevan!

This is not what I didn't like, this is rather to advise to future guests, who may need it: there is no elevator in the building, while apartment is on the 2nd residential floor (ground, 1st and 2nd, totally - 4 residential floors)
