A gem in the heart of Yerevan! Fully equipped, modern, comfortable apartment with an ideal location - just around the corner from the historic center and main city sights. It was also spotlessly clean and had a stable Wi-Fi connection. Definitely will return once again!

В квартире было действительно чисто, газовый котел работает исправно, без каких-либо дополнительных настроек (что иногда встречается), довольно просторно, есть необходимая бытовая техника. Удобное расположение в центре рядом с Каскадом.
На тишину в ночное время рассчитывать не приходится, очень (!) шумно. Кондиционер один и он не в спальне, спать может быть душно. Посуды мало, готовить неудобно, чашки маленькие, пришлось купить свою. Полотенца для кухни не предусмотрено и даже бумажных не было. На кухне обгоревшая стена рядом с плитой смотрится не очень эстетично, но на функциональность не влияет, конечно. В ванной постоянно мокрый пол, душевая кабинка подтекает, а еще она довольно маленькая, думаю крупному мужчине мыться будет неудобно. Из стиральной машинки был неприятный запах затхлости/плесени, видимо она не обслуживается. Стирального порошка также не было, пришлось купить.
