Spacious clean cottage, with a large garden and 2 off road parking spaces.
Lovely location in centre of village, near 2 pubs and one local shop, which sells fresh bread everyday.
Beautiful park 5 mins walk and able to walk along the river.
The garden is lovely but has quite a few concrete steps to the lovely decking area with seats.
Unfortunately for us it was so hot we were unable to sit up there until evening.
The smaller patio area by the house only had bistro table for 2 and we had 6 adults, we did carry down the stool and umbrella from top patio area to use, which worked ok.

Beautifully appointed and comfortable house, with comfy beds and good showers, plus a well equipped kitchen. Also additional touches like a lovely garden, spare blankets, fans in each bedroom, washing up liquid, soap, dishwasher tabs, soft towels. Next to the Wye, village store, 2 pubs, nature all around and walks from door. Boat Inn lovely pub gardens and music nights. Peaceful village yet 10 min drive to Monmouth.
The 2nd floor bedroom gets very warm at night in summer though you can open velux windows each side, and a fan provided. Garden lovely but little shade if hot. A shade parasol for the garden table would add even more value to an exceptional cottage.

Excellet clean, comfortable and cozy house. Kitchen well equipped and lounge/diner spacious and welcoming. Private parking for 2 cars.
Only mild criticism would be the uncomfortable dining room chairs
