Apartament renovat, frumos. Priveliște superbă. Situat la 1 minut de plajă extinsa cu nisip fin. Plaja linistita, muzica abia se auzea. Loc de parcare.
Lucruri care țin de construcția blocului, nu de apartament: Bloc de 4 etaje care nu dispune de lift. Mirosul de canalizare din scara blocului cauzat de faptul ca blocul este situat mai jos fata de restul orașului.
