It has everything you need to be more independent from expenses.
In our case, the balcony wasn't swept, but I wouldn't put that as a negative because the view from there is awesome.

La propreté, la localisation ainsi que le parking sont un vrai plus. L’amabilité de Laurent à notre arrivé ainsi que notre départ est super agréable. Un petit studio propre et bien équipé pour notre week-end. A moins de 10min du centre de trouville et de la plage. Résidence sécurisé et propre.

Literie, serviettes de toilettes pas hyper clean, odeur d'urine venant du voisin du dessus ( sûrement le chien qui urine sur la terrasse, et qui dégouline sur la terrasse de notre logement....🫣)
