Il panorama, la posizione e la disposizione dell’appartamento che va benissimo anche per 4 adulti. Il parcheggio privato è un plus se si viaggia in macchina.

La vue est vraiment incroyable, avec un accès direct à la mer, et le parking gratuit sur place est un vrai plus. L’arrivée est très indépendante et les indications données par Philippe par message étaient claires et précises. Philippe est d’ailleurs très sympathique et disponible.
La propreté générale est vraiment très insuffisante : forte odeur dès l’ouverture de la porte, sol sale et collant, nombreux cheveux, poussière sur certains équipements et traces de saleté à plusieurs endroits. La literie doit également être remplacée, notamment le matelas du lit du bas, et plusieurs taches étaient présentes sur les draps, la couverture et le protège-matelas. Les serviettes sont très usées et tachées. L’appartement est par ailleurs très petit, vieillissant et beaucoup de choses sont rafistolées.
