Location is great, views spectacular. Appartment is small, but good for what we wanted. Free parking. Trouville is nice and about 10 min walk to center
Only after booking and paying we were told that the outside of the building was being renovated, which meant no access to the balcony and views less visible due to netting. There was also noise from some neighbouring appartments being renovated. I think this should have been mentioned before booking.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Strand und das Meer in Trouville. Hunde sind willkommen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand
Leider gab es Moment Renovierungsarbeiten, so dass der Balkon eingerüstet war und der Blick eingeschränkt. Darüber hatte man mich aber im Vorfeld informiert.

L’emplacement idéal. Le prestataire qui gérait l’appartement était très réactif.
Le ravalement de façade qui bouchait la vue et obstruait les fenêtres. Cette information ne figurait pas sur le site au moment de la réservation. J’ai reçu un message juste après avoir réservé, ce qui n’était pas très correct.
En plus du ravalement de façade, il y avait des travaux dans la résidence, au sujet desquels je n’avais pas été informée, et l’eau a été coupée dans le logement pendant plus d’une heure (pas idéal au retour de la plage avec un enfant en bas âge).
Le logement est vieillissant.
