Appartment with spectacular view

Location is great, views spectacular. Appartment is small, but good for what we wanted. Free parking. Trouville is nice and about 10 min walk to center

Only after booking and paying we were told that the outside of the building was being renovated, which meant no access to the balcony and views less visible due to netting. There was also noise from some neighbouring appartments being renovated. I think this should have been mentioned before booking.

very unpleasant experience of staying in this place

building works just near room window, dust and unclear ventilation, no sea view due to building works (no information prior to our visit), no free internet access, very small room, no space, almost no toilet paper

Great view. Apartment though small but has everything.

Checik-in and check-out was completed, as you have to align on the exact time so that person hands you the key. Also we were told that we need to place a deposit of 500 euro, that was not mentioned in the booking rules, but in the end no one asked us for it.

Traumhaft, viel zu kurz, gerne wieder

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Strand und das Meer in Trouville. Hunde sind willkommen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand

Leider gab es Moment Renovierungsarbeiten, so dass der Balkon eingerüstet war und der Blick eingeschränkt. Darüber hatte man mich aber im Vorfeld informiert.

Bel endroit et bien accueilli L’établissement mérite un p’tit rafraîchissement concernant l’appartement petit mais on y est bien comme à la maison avec une super vue sur la mer 🌊 et le bruit des vagues 👌 + un grand parking privé ça c’est le top !

Emplacement idéal mais logement vieillissant

L’emplacement idéal. Le prestataire qui gérait l’appartement était très réactif.

Le ravalement de façade qui bouchait la vue et obstruait les fenêtres. Cette information ne figurait pas sur le site au moment de la réservation. J’ai reçu un message juste après avoir réservé, ce qui n’était pas très correct. En plus du ravalement de façade, il y avait des travaux dans la résidence, au sujet desquels je n’avais pas été informée, et l’eau a été coupée dans le logement pendant plus d’une heure (pas idéal au retour de la plage avec un enfant en bas âge). Le logement est vieillissant.

Herrliche Lage direkt oberhalb der Promenade von Trouville-sur-Mer. Appartementhaus mit mehreren Wohnungen mit Concierge und der Möglichkeit Brot und Croissants zu bestellen. Kleiner Balkon mit Meerblick. Ein Hochbett und eine Schlafcouch. Alles schön sauber.

Soggiorno spettacolare per la veduta panoramica soprattutto,,comodo per ascensore e parcheggio

La vista dal balconcino è eccezionale! L'appartamento non ha grandi dimensioni,ma è provvisto del necessario per soggiornare piacevolmente. E' piaciuto persino ad un gabbiano che è venuto a visitarci.

Per me che sono disabile sarebbe stata pi comoda la doccia, ma la mia è una situazione particolare. Nonostante ciò me la sono cavata lo stesso con l'aiuto di mia figlia.

Un séjour ressourçant avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le charme de Trouville.

La vue depuis la résidence est vraiment magnifique, aussi bien de jour que de nuit. On surplombe la plage et les villas normandes, avec un superbe coucher de soleil en prime. Endroit calme, agréable et très reposant. La résidence est bien située pour profiter de la mer et des alentours.
