Are you looking for a rental in the center of Trouville? You will be won over by this charming 65 m2 duplex F3 / F4, very bright, 100 meters from the surfboards and the beach and 2 minutes from restaurants and shops and the casino (the Golden Triangle of Trouville).
Whether you want to rest with your family, relax on the beach, stroll through the alleys of Trouville, visit the surroundings, or take advantage of the tranquility to devote yourself to your work, this apartment is ideal.
Located on the third and last floor of a small condominium, the apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and equipped with new equipment: you will benefit from a renovated kitchen, double glazed windows, and for cold periods, you will enjoy from the gentle heat of high quality programmable heaters.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
o A large living room very pleasant living room and bathed in light, with a large sofa, a flat screen TV, equipment for receiving internet by WIFI, a speaker with USB player, tablet or Smartphone support, Bluetooth for music wireless and FM radio and fan.
o A kitchen open to the living room, completely renovated (oven, microwave, 3-burner induction table, fridge, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, electric orange press, toaster and kettle), crockery and very complete kitchen utensils.
o A bright bedroom with a large double glazed window, equipped with a double bed and a beautiful chest of drawers.
o A small room adjoining the previous one, which can be used as an office, equipped with a desk, a dressing room and can accommodate a baby cot (which can be made available to you free of charge. Please ask).
o A bathroom (spacious shower), equipped with a high quality towel dryer and a hair dryer.
Upstairs, duplex:
o A large attic room, with two double glazed velux windows, a work desk, a chest of drawers for clothes and a fan.
AND THE SMALL ATTENTIONS FOR OUR TENANTS:
o New and very good quality bedding;
o Unlimited free internet via WIFI;
o Baby cot and high chair on request (free);
o A beach seat and a parasol;
o An iron and an ironing board;
o A complete first aid kit;
o An arrival kit including a few coffee capsules, a bottle of cider, a bottle of mineral water.
Bed linen (a fitted sheet, a pillowcase and a duvet with its cover) and bath towels can be provided at an additional cost, payable on arrival, for service and washing: 10 euros per bed for bed linen and 3 euros per person for towels.
Note :
If you rent by the week, you will benefit from a 15% reduction compared to the nightly rate.
Note for people with reduced mobility: there is no elevator.
