About this house rental
House of 75 square meters, 2 floors, 6 people.
First floor:
entrance on the east side, living room, sofa bed, staircase closed by sliding glass door "factory" style.
West side, equipped kitchen, large fridge-freezer, necessary equipment and utensils, dishwasher, great east/west light, windows on each side, WC.
1st floor:
East facing room, 1 double bed 160, shutters, wardrobe, blanket, duvets, pillows.
1 large bathroom, bath-shower, washbasin unit, large mirror, 1 large wall-mounted radiator with towel rail, 1 toilet, 1 washing machine.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom on the east side, 2 single beds and 1 baby bed, 1 wardrobe, duvets and pillows.
1 bedroom on the west side, 1 single bed and 1 folding adult bed .
Shutters on all windows.
Very nice staircase and very bright because on the west side, bull's eye window.
The house must be restored to its state and put it back in order when you leave,
Cleaning 75€ is included in the price detail. Possibility to do it yourself, in this case contact me before booking
The house will have to be put in order, otherwise additional cleaning fees will be taken from the deposit.
We must think of the future tenants and that they can find our house correct.
