Great stay, super location!

Great location - walking distance to the beach and pool. Super bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Property was clean and tidy and easy to use sofa bed for the kids. The parking space at an extra cost was a must for us as parking is tricky in Trouville-sur-Mer. Parking garage was only a street away.

L’emplacement est idéal Proche de la plage De la gare du casino des commerces et restaurants ainsi que des services Parking à proximité

La propreté laisse à désirer. Un ménage de fond s’impose De plus l appartement est très mal insonorisé. On entend les conversations la musique des voisins et leurs pas raisonnent Jusqu au bout de la nuit. Peu lumineux

Très très déçue

L'appartement présente plusieurs défauts rédhibitoires, une très mauvaise insonorisation , donc très bruyant. L'accès aux zones de sommeil par des marches d'un côté, et quasiment une échelle de coursive de l'autre, donc, très dangereux, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, donc pas d'aération possible.

Appartement atypique proche de centre ville

L'emplacement est top. Prêt de tout: centre ville, plage, Monoprix. L'appartement atypique mais bien pensé. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

L'immeuble est mal isolé au niveau bruit. On entend bien notre voisin du haut (bien que ils ne sont pas si bruyant) et les discussions de la rue. Mais la nuit, c'est calme. Ajouter une penderie serait de plus. Dans la SDB, ajouter une porte serviette/un barre derrière la porte serait bienvenu.

La chambre n'est pas une chambre: aucune fenêtre. Pas d'aération. Escalier pentu pour accèder. Logement sur plusieurs niveaux excluant handicapés ou mobilités réduites. Très sonore ( les gamins qui courent à l'étage supérieur !)

Très bon séjour avec un appartement soigné, très bien placé.

Emplacement super dans la ville avec une très chouette friperie en rez de chaussée. Les contacts pour les remises des clés et besoins divers sont faciles. L'appartement est original et bien pensé! Très bien équipé, cela correspond à un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un grand week end!

Pour nous cela n'a pas été problématique mais l'isolation sonore est très juste, on entend beaucoup les pas et bruits de discussion au dessus et en dessous. Il faut bien respecter le voisinage et que tout le monde en fasse autant.
