Amazing price for location. Very small and should be cleaned better .
Location
Cleanliness could be improved, bathroom needs some work. Small balcony/ patio area was nice surprise however the surrounding area would not make it please to sit there .

Nous avons été très déçu du logement qui n’était pas très propre. De plus il est affiché avec plusieurs 2 canapés lits mais il n’y en a qu’un… attention!

Séjour contrarié par un logement qui ne s'est jamais réchauffé
Emplacement idéal dans Trouville. Proche Casino, commerces et plages.
Nous étions pour 2 nuits dans ce lieu les 30 et 31 décembre. Il faisait très froid. Température 0 degré. Le chauffage très mal placé dans le logement ne permettait pas de le réchauffer. Nous avons eu particulièrement très froid. Impossible de se réchauffer (température intérieure 16°/17°) Ce qui a un peu gâché notre séjour. La mezzanine était difficilement accessible avec très peu d'espace avec le plafond. Drap pas propre. Nous avons dormi en bas. Ce petit logement en l'état ne devrait pas être loué l'hiver.

Studio cosy où il fait bon séjourner
Le studio est très bien placé entre les rues piétonnes et la mer. Il est cosy et possède les commodités d usage. Il se situe en RDC ...cool pour ne pas porter les bagages mais n est pas sur rue. Il est très bien isolé par des volets roulants permettant un noir parfait pour se reposer. Bon chauffage pour l hiver. Il est très propre.
Tout est fait pour passer un super séjour. Petit conseil: il faudrait juste prévoir une multiprise... Dans notre monde connecté, on est hélas tributaire des prises. Mais voyant l attention du propriétaire, ça ne saurait tarder😉

Le bruit des voisins d’en face la première nuit , le volet en panne qui donne sur le lit canapé , la télévision qui ne marchait pas
