Princess Homestay

It was close to the location I was going for the event. I got my value for money. The landlord communicated well and allowed me to check in early.

The house is shared so other people living there. Bathroom and kitchen weren’t clean.

Nice comfortable bed, clean and tidy, close to shops, restaurants and pubs.

Trouble in the street, six drunk people sitting on corner of street up to no good, police moved them on but they returned, was noisy and didn't feel safe with the work van being parked outside, police came 3 times throughout the evening but they kept returning and were still there at 05:30am, needless to say i didn't get any sleep as kept checking on the van. Only one plug on the extension lead so had to keep unplugging the fridge to use the kettle.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around Sunderland. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. Overall, it was a quiet and relaxing environment with everything needed for a short stay.

There was honestly very little to dislike. Everything met my expectations, and the stay was pleasant overall.
