Good Location. Easy access to city

Very comfortable and spacious apartment with extremely comfortable beds. Balcony, dining area, living room, three bedrooms (two of which with a bathroom each). All appliances worked as advertised. TV with Netflix and fast & stable internet. Large fridge, working washing machine. Backup power in case of power outage. The owner was available via WhatsApp which was very nice. There was also a caretaker on site 24/7 as well as housekeeping to clean the flat. The location of the flat is very quiet and still close to all relevant parts of the city (everything reachable by rickshaw or taxi within a few minutes. All in all a very comfortable stay and highly recommended, be it for families or business people.

The check-in (handled by the caretaker) was slightly complicated due to language barrier but he simply called the owner and everything worked out fine and efficiently from there. Slight surprise was that they only accept cash or UPI (which is only available if you have an Indian SIM card and/bank account) but no credit cards. Luckily there are several ATMs within a short walk so it wasn’t really an issue. Only minor complaint is that the kitchen is very minimally equipped so you won’t be cooking a feast unless you happen to travel with your own pots and pans. 😉 The only other thing was that certain less visible areas (like under beds and under the sofa) were pretty dusty and there was some mold in the bathrooms (but really only a minor issue - on the whole the place was very clean, welcoming and well maintained).

New building but no proper boards or direction of the place and there was No electricity and water for some time and no standby Generator for such an expensive property
