I loved the spacious and clean villa, peaceful residential location, and all the amenities that made us feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, ample parking for our Traveller, and separate room for the driver were excellent. Above all, the friendly and helpful host made our Kerala trip much easier by helping us plan our itinerary. Excellent value for money and highly recommended for families and large groups! ❤️

What a wonderful stay we had at Citadel! We were a family of six, and the property was incredibly spacious and beautifully maintained. Everything was impeccable, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the marvelous living room. The neighborhood was peaceful and serene, making our stay even more relaxing. 😌
We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely book Citadel again whenever we travel to Trivandrum. Highly recommended! ❤️

The host, Navin, was very helpful. He allowed us an early check-in and assisted us in booking a tempo traveller.
Poor maintenance overall. The water closet cistern was not working properly. The air conditioner was not cooling effectively. The toilet seat was stained. The sofa-cum-bed was in poor condition. The geyser was not working.
