Location and spaciousness of the property

We stayed at Citadel luxury villa in Trivandrum for four nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The villa was very spacious, very neat and very comfortable, easily accommodating our group of five. It was located in a calm and quiet area, yet close to all necessary facilities. A special heartfelt thanks to the Facility Manager Naveen, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable time !

The house was very big and could accommodate a group of 10 of us with some adjustments.
The property had a total of 3 rooms and 2 rooms on top and 1 down , all rooms had AC and it was very comfortable for the best.
. The staff (Naveen) was very active and helpful , the check in check out times were very flexible and they were kind enough to let us check out a bit late.
So overall it was a 7/10 stay according to me and my group.
There is also a quite hour thing basically 0 noise from 7 PM to 8 Am , which is hard to maintain when you do go with larger groups but that's fine.
The downstairs bed was a broken bed and was pretty rough sleep.
The sofas on the top floor felt a bit dusty and a bit dirty.
The main problem was that all the windows had near transparent curtains , so there wasn't much privacy in the rooms cause everything was visible from the other side once the lights are on.
Other than these issues which can be easily changed it was a really good stay none the less
