New 3Bed 2Bath Condo with Parking by United Center

Great location to the untied center. Spacious rooms and living area. Bright and airy. Mattress was nice and firm very comfortable

No shower curtain in second bathroom. Shower was useless. Water pressure is almost zero. I wouldn't stay here again just because of that it was so bad. Glasses in kitchen cabinet were stuck to the shelf sticky and dusty. Bathroom vanity draw didn't close. Main bathroom door was dirty and had hair stick to it. Towels were like sand paper. Pillows were awful. Place could easily be a 4.5 stars. Attention to small details. Was told that noise is an issue They have noise monitors but the people just below my unit were so noisy it was almost unbearable. Not sure if people live there full time or not. We didn't use any of the appliances but they were Viking. Top notch. Alot of effort was put in to the remodel. But attention to small details makes the difference. No shower curtail is not a small detail. Some paint peeling and cracks in wall in living area. Slide door was very difficult to close. Also need darker curtains so the buildings next door can't look into rooms. So close to Great. Missed the mark unfortunately. I hope they fix these issues cause it could be very nice!

The location near the United Center was perfect!

There were 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit on the 4th floor! This important information was not disclosed in the description. We had problems getting access to the parking. The walls were extremely thin, so you heard everything the neighbors did. Plus you smelled the marijuana smoke from the neighbors.
