This isn't just a home I'm listing for profit, its a labor of love, years of sacrifice and sentimental value beyond means of simple communication. Welcome to our beautiful 1890 Chicago Greystone 4-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom home! Our spacious and cozy house is perfect for families and groups looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.
The house features four bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Three of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, one has a king-sized bed with a deck that overseas the city, and one LOVESAC sofa that can be arranged as a queen bed, two sofas, providing ample sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, 3 oven ranges and a commercial stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It is also stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them together in the adjacent dining area.
The living room features comfortable seating, a large TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing or work. The house also has high-speed internet and a washer and dryer, making it easy to stay connected and take care of laundry.
The backyard has a patio area with outdoor seating and a grill, providing a great place to enjoy the beautiful weather and cook up some delicious meals.
Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, our house is just a short drive from downtown, where you can find plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. We are also just a few minutes from major highways, making it easy to get around the city and explore all it has to offer.
