About this house rental
The home offers three levels of comfortable living space, with high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout the main and upper levels, multiple gathering areas, and thoughtful furnishings from Crate & Barrel, West Elm, Restoration Hardware, and similar brands.
The open main floor includes two separate living areas, giving larger groups room to relax without everyone crowding into one space. One area features a large, comfortable U-shaped sectional, while the second sitting area provides another place to read, talk, watch television, or spend time separately. The dining area seats approximately six, with additional seating for about five at the kitchen island.
The oversized kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals, longer stays, and group entertaining. It includes a gas range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, wine refrigerator, two sinks, two dishwashers, ample counter space, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, basic spices, and starter household supplies. A separate butler pantry provides additional storage and preparation space. Guests will also find a standard drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, and one pound of regular coffee. Guests should bring their preferred Nespresso capsules.
Upstairs are three private bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom includes a king bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, hardwood floors, and a large walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, natural light, hardwood floors, and comfortable furnishings. Two of the bedrooms offer large almost walk-in closets, providing plenty of storage for longer visits.
The upper level also includes two full bathrooms positioned near the bedrooms. One features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and a large vanity with generous counter and cabinet space. The second includes a double-sink vanity and a whirlpool tub with shower. A spacious powder room on the main floor includes a toilet, sink, full vanity cabinet, and large mirror.
The finished lower level provides an additional media, recreation, and relaxation area. It is clean, comfortable, carpeted, well lit, and served by the home’s heating and air-conditioning system. The basement includes a sofa, strong Wi-Fi, plenty of room for games or lounging, and flexible additional sleeping space. Two queen air mattresses are available by advance request. The adjoining unfinished portion contains a large laundry and storage area with a newer premium washer and dryer, shelving, luggage space, detergent, and dryer sheets.
The home has separate HVAC systems serving the upper and lower portions of the house, helping maintain comfortable temperatures throughout all three levels. High-speed whole-home Wi-Fi reaches every room, including the basement. Two Smart TVs and two Apple TVs allow guests to use their own streaming accounts.
One of the home’s standout features is the large private deck above the garage. The deck includes a pergola, privacy screening, decorative lighting, outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and seating for approximately 12 to 16 people. It is an ideal space for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or relaxing in the evening. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
A detached two-car garage is included and accommodates two standard cars or one larger SUV. Additional free, unrestricted street parking is generally available nearby. Garage access is from the alley, and temporary luggage storage may be arranged before check-in.
