Terrazza sul Mare

The location directly by the beach and the included dedicated umbrella and deckchairs on the beach are the super nice benefits of this holiday home. This is a family owned small “bagno”. A bagno is a private beach club with its own stretch of beach, sun loungers, umbrellas and facilities. Along this part of the Tuscan coast, the shoreline is lined almost continuously with one bagno after another. We stayed here during the La Prima Estate Festival, and the Festival area is indeed only 8 min walk away. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Lorenzo recommended the restaurant La Cantina da Bruno, and we ended up eating there almost every night because we loved it so much! There are many nice things to do nearby like visit Pisa, Lucca and Viareggio.

The holiday home looks very much like in the pictures, so don’t expect anything ultra new and modern. The folding shower screen has seen better days and should be replaced. The aircon is just in the corridor between the bedrooms, so you have to sleep with open bedroom doors. There are very steep stairs that lead to the holiday home.

Die Küchenausstattung haben wir etwas ergänzt, weitere nützliche Gegenstände könnten hinzugefügt werden (Schere, Schöpflöffel). Für die kühleren Nächte wären leichten Decken gut (wir waren am Saisonende da).
