Spacious, quiet, private and comfortable apartment with pretty much everything you need. The location is close easy walking distance to shops including a grocery store. Restaurants and a bakery are just a few steps from the lobby entrance to the apartment building, as are a public bus stop and a metro station. An easy walk down the street gets you to an impressive street market twice each week. It's an easy walk to the Seine. This is a neighborhood, not a tourist district.
Not a problem for our stay in September, but there is no air conditioning. There are fans, and shutters can be lowered to block the sun while you are gone, so it is possible to manage the temperature if the weather is not too hot. Getting into or out of the somewhat raised bathtub might present a problem for someone who is physically challenged, although a step stool is provided.

Pulito, spazioso, accogliente. Posizione perfetta vicino alla Tour Eiffel e comodo a metro, negozi e ristoranti
Saliscendi doccia rotto, segnalato ma nessuna risposta dall’host.

El apartamento no tenía aire acondicionado. Es cierto que hubo ola de calor, pero no pudimos dormir por la noche.
