Very disappointing experience. The hotel asked us to pay extra money even though we had already booked through Agoda. The details shown on Agoda were misleading. It mentioned facilities like a bathtub and proper room amenities, but when we arrived, they said we had booked a non-AC room, which was never clearly mentioned during booking.
The room condition was poor. The pillows smelled old and unclean, the bathroom was not maintained properly, and basic necessities like shampoo and soap were not provided. There was no kettle, no proper glasses, and the overall service was bad. Even the fan was making loud disturbing noises throughout the stay.
Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the money. I hope Agoda and the hotel improve transparency and service quality for future customers.
