    I have stayed this hotel for 2 days. The rooms have full mosquitos and wifi connection and mobile network connection is very poor. fot refreshing the rooms they using high order of room refreshner it makes me uncomfortable taking breath

    Do NOT trust this hotel based on online booking. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I specifically booked and paid for an AC room, but when I arrived, they gave me a non-AC room and claimed that’s what was listed online. They charged me *** and refused to take responsibility for the mistake. When I asked for an AC room, they demanded an additional ₹1000 instead of correcting their error. There was no politeness, no respect, and no concern for customers. I was exhausted after travel and couldn’t even sleep properly. I stayed only 5 hours and had to leave and find another hotel. This place does not value your time, money, or comfort. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
