Good stay in Cologne

* Nice view from the appartment (13th floor) * Very comfy bed with a tv with Netflix in front * No loud neighbours * Self check-in * Very responsive owner who tried to accommodate me checking in sooner than normal

* Bathroom overly scented with various scents * A bit outside the city center

Nice stay & worth it

The apparent is well equipped and good view from 13th floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with cooking oil and seasonings provided (just miss exhaust fan, but not big problem with windows open). WiFi is good and the location is convenient by tram. The landlord is very nice and quick response to our needs.

There were some stains on one of the pillows, so the bedding might need a deeper clean or replacement.

Das Apartment ist mega schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man hat wirklich alles, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Badewanne zum Entspannen sowie das moderne, stilvolle Badezimmer insgesamt. Ein Arbeitstisch mit traumhaftem Ausblick lädt zum Arbeiten oder Verweilen ein – ich konnte den Sonnenuntergang stundenlang genießen. Das Apartment bietet sehr viel Komfort: ein Smart-TV, ein großes, bequemes Bett, indirekte Beleuchtung für ein entspanntes Ambiente sowie Kerzen und eine Kaffeemaschine, die den Aufenthalt perfekt abrunden. Ich kann dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen. ⸻ 🇬🇧 The apartment is beautifully designed with great attention to detail and offers everything you need for cooking and baking. A real highlight is the bathtub for relaxing as well as the modern and stylish bathroom overall. The workspace with a stunning view is perfect for working or relaxing, and I was able to enjoy the sunset for hours. The apartment offers a high level of comfort: a smart TV, a large and comfortable bed, indirect lighting creating a calm atmosphere, as well as candles and a coffee machine, which make the stay even more enjoyable. I can highly recommend this apartment.

Es war eine tolle lage.. nicht weit von Zentrum

leider muss ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass mein Aufenthalt in dem Apartment nicht zufriedenstellend war. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht dem erwarteten Standard. Überall waren deutlich sichtbare Fingerabdrücke vorhanden, was einen ungepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Zudem waren die Kissen im Bett sehr groß (XXXL) und äußerst unbequem. Bereits nach der ersten Nacht hatte ich starke Nackenschmerzen, sodass ein erholsamer Schlaf nicht möglich war. Ein weiteres Problem war die Lüftung, die sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch im Badezimmer ständig laute Geräusche gemacht hat. Dies war sehr störend, besonders nachts. Zusätzlich habe ich starken Geruch von Cannabis wahrgenommen, der offenbar von Nachbarn kam und bis in das Apartment gezogen ist. Dies hat den Aufenthalt weiter beeinträchtigt. Aufgrund dieser Punkte entsprach das Apartment leider nicht meinen Erwartungen. Ich bitte Sie daher um eine Stellungnahme und eine angemessene Lösung

Parkplatzsituation Undichte Duschabtrennung, defekte Steckdose im Badezimmer. Verstopfung der Abflüsse haben wir selbst behoben. Dreckiger Kühlschrank sowie kleine Tiere im Badezimmer.

Alles war ausgezeichnet

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war hervorragend. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön, und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Fernseher mit großem Bildschirm, der ein komfortables Filmerlebnis ermöglicht.

Problemloser Check in, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement, super central.

Die Lage ist Weltklasse, in 15 min zu Fuß durch den Park, bis zum Friedensplatz. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem, große Kissen (!!!) und eine tolle Aussicht aus dem 13. Stock.
