2 Bed Central Apartment Near Battersea by Mario - Free WiFi

The location was great, next to 2 mains tube stations. The key collection was easy. It’s so convenient! Great communication with the staff. The flat is very spacious and modern. It’s quiet, although you can hear the trains when you’re not used to it.

It seemed clean at first glance but when looking into details it was not cleaned properly, especially the floor and the bedrooms. The bathroom drain was blocked in the en-suite (we cleaned it!). The intercom worked perfectly but the volume is low so can’t hear it when someone is buzzing in.

Good size apartment, two comfortable rooms one of which is en-suite.

The actual address is different to the one listed which was a big issue for us. You are asked to pick up the key from a shop which adds 15mins walk (significant when you are carrying suitcases) The property was not cleaned well - sheets in one bed looked like they were used before with marks on them and hairs. I have taken pictures of those. Bath matts were dirty.

The property is amazing, new, well insulated and has all you need on your stay. The property is closed to Battersea and also is walking distance to central London. The tube is close to to the apartment and also has direct access to other areas of public interest. I would recommend it 100% and we will definitely stay with them if we come back to London. Mario was quick replying to all our queries and provide us recommendations for restaurants and tips of the city.
