Centrally located studio flat in SW1

Beautiful, super clean and modern little space. Very quiet and in a nice walkable neighbourhood. We really enjoyed shady, green park out the front door.

The property's location is satisfactory, with access to public transportation available within a radius of 500 to 1000 meters. The cleanliness was reasonably maintained; however, the access to the room was inadequate. The hallway emitted a strong odor, and a noticeable smell was present as one approached the apartment.

The apartment is quite uncomfortable in this hot weather. The window does not open completely, and for the same reason, no fresh air enters the room. There is a small table fan in the room, which is insufficient to generate a noticeable airflow. Internet facilities are available but frequently malfunction and stop working; despite multiple complaints to the property owner, the response was that this reflects the quality of service in this area, which cannot be improved. To illustrate the internet connectivity issue, making a WhatsApp voice call results in the sound breaking up after a few seconds, rendering communication difficult. Interestingly, the Cellular Service is also not that good in that area, and I was not getting any data connection. Additionally, at the entrance of the apartment, there is a washing area that is not part of the flat. In the mornings, the lady responsible for cleaning other apartments uses this area, including the washing machines; consequently, it becomes noisy and presents a breach of privacy if the apartment door is opened, as someone can be seen right in front of the room. The apartment lacks cross-ventilation and is exceedingly hot due to the sun-facing window, which cannot be opened fully. This apartment is not comfortable for living, and there are severe privacy and internet connectivity issues. I would not recommend anyone to reside here.
